WordPress 7.1, Woo to FluentCart, gradients for Divi, branded searches, SEO priorities, Figma, YouTube counts and hot sodas. Last week I ran into an issue where someone was trying to do something fraudulent on one of my Web sites. I wanted a way to prevent it in the future so I ask Google for a setting to modify. Such a setting didn’t exist, but Google offered to write a code snippet to do what I desired. A minute later, I was pasting that snippet onto the site. My use of AI is fairly limited right now, but this was a perfect example of where it was extremely helpful. With WordCamp US taking place, there is a lot in this week’s news so make sure to check out all of the stories we’ve included.
