How to Handle Last-Minute Cancellations and No-Show Clients

You set the time and date well in advance. You set aside time to research and prepare your ideas. Then all that time and preparation seems a waste because your client calls in a last-minute cancellation or is a no-show.

While a client’s inability to keep their obligation probably has nothing to do with you personally, it’s hard not to take it that way. So before you take any action, take a deep breath and remember that you still have an opportunity to regroup and salvage your investment in your work.
